Accepted Forms of Payment

In-store we accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Online we accept paypal, all major credit cards, Apple pay and Google pay.

We also are proud to offer financing though Synchrony. Learn more about Synchrony Financing and visit us to apply today.

Layaways

We require a minimum of 20% down payment and give you 90 days to pay off the layaway in full. No refunds will be given after 30 days of down payment.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Ground Shipping: 

  • $14.99 for orders under $150 (oversized items may have additional shipping charges)
  • Please note Bikes will have an additional $100 shipping fee applied (includes professional boxing, labeling, and insurance)
  • $0 for orders over $150 (oversized items may have additional shipping charges)

Ground shipping for standard items typically takes 3-5 business days but may vary based on the item's location and availability.

Pickup In-Store: 

  • In-store pickup is free excluding bikes. Bikes picked up in-store have a $50 shipping/assembly fee added to help cover a portion of our increasing freight costs. 
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for in-stock items, 3-5 business days for items being ordered

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Contiguous U.S.


Returns/Exchanges

Parts, accessories and clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused in its original packaging. That includes any box and/or tags that the product came with.

Need to return an item? Bring the product back to one of our locations or call us at any location for return label information. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund. 

Additional Return Information:

  • We will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise or in the case that we shipped the wrong item(s). Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping and packing costs.
  • Used merchandise and Special Orders (see below) cannot be returned.
  • Bicycles cannot be returned; we can, however, issue a store credit.
  • Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.
  • Returning online orders in-store: we are happy to accept returns of online orders in our retail locations.
  • Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.
  • Refund Contact Info: You can fill out our return request form or contact us in-store, over the phone or by email for a refund. You can find store hours, address, email and phone number on our store details page.
  • Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.

Special Orders

If we do not have the gear or components that you need in stock at our store, we'll happily order them for you with a 50% deposit. All sales are final on special order items.
